You are buying directly from our verified vendors. Cupital Link is the marketplace that holds your payment safely in escrow until you confirm delivery. Think of us like a digital mall.
M-Pesa STK Push, M-Pesa Paybill, Card (Visa/Mastercard), and Bank Transfer. Payment is held by Cupital Link — we only pay the vendor after you confirm you received the correct item.
Thika Town: KES 100-200
Nairobi & Kiambu: KES 250-350
Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru): KES 400-600
Remote areas: KES 600-800. You see exact fee at checkout before paying.
Thika/Nairobi same day or next day. Other towns 2-3 days. Remote 3-5 days. You’ll get a tracking code via SMS/WhatsApp.
Yes. 7-day return for most items if unused with tags and original packaging. If wrong, faulty, or counterfeit — return within 48 hours with photo/video for full refund. Perishables, underwear, opened beauty products, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

We verify vendors and ban counterfeit. If you receive fake, report — you get full refund and vendor is delisted. Look for “Verified Vendor” badge.

Click “Sell on Cupital Link” → Fill form, upload ID & KRA PIN, M-Pesa/Bank for payouts → We verify within 24 hours → Start listing. Registration is FREE.
15% per successful sale. No monthly rent. Example: You sell at KES 1000, we deduct KES 150, you receive KES 850. Delivery fee goes to rider, not us.
Every Monday & Thursday via M-Pesa or Bank after buyer confirms delivery. If buyer doesn’t confirm, auto-confirm after 72 hours and we release your money.
You can use our riders (Thika/Nairobi) or Sendy/Fargo, or your own rider. You must dispatch within 24-48 hours after order.

After payment you get SMS with tracking link. Or login → My Orders → Track.
Don’t release payment. Open dispute in My Orders or WhatsApp us. We hold money in escrow and refund you if vendor is at fault.
Yes. We are registered with ODPC as Data Controller under Data Protection Act 2019. We don’t sell your data. Vendors only see your delivery details for that order.
